		<description>This recipe is great! I made it for my family for Christmas dinner and everyone loved it. I thought it was much easier to prepare than a traditional turkey, and tasted better too. The glaze was tasty, I opted not to make the compote as I think the glaze made it sweet enough.  The roast was not hard to find during the holidays.</description>
